Full Text of Yemen's Presidential Decree No. 29: A Presidential Decree No. (29) for the year 2011 has been issued on Sunday to form the Committee of Military Affairs and Achieving Security and Stability, which is read as follows: Vice President of the Republic After the perusal of the Constitution of the Republic of Yemen and the Presidential Decree No. (24) for the year 2011, on empowering Vice-President by the constitutional authority to conduct a dialogue with the parties inking the GCC initiative. According to the initiative of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the operational mechanism signed on 11.23.2011. It is decided: Article (1) The formation of the Committee of Military Affairs and Achieving Security and Stability under our chairmanship and membership of: 1 – Minister of Defense. 2 – The Interior Minister. 3 – Major General Dr. / Nasser Abed Rabbo Al-Tahiri. 4 – Major General / Mohamed Ali Al-Qasimi. 5 – Major General / Abdullah Ali Elewa. 6 – Major General / Fhadil Al-Qawsi. 7 – Major General Dr. / Riad Al-Qirashi. 8 – Major General / Fadel Abdul Majeed Al-Radfani. 9 – Major General / Omar Abdel Samad Yaf'i. 10 – Major General / Saeed Ali Obeid. 11 – Brigadier General / Abdul-Raqib Thabet Al- Subaihi. 12 – Brigadier / Abdul Aziz al-Shamiri 13 – Brigadier General / Khaid Al-Ansi. 14 – Brigadier General / Nasser Ali Al-Harbi (secretary). Article (2) The Chairman of the Committee has the right to take the necessary measures to implement the tasks entrusted to the Committee and the assistance of whom he deems appropriate to facilitate its work. Article (3) This decision is to be applied from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
