The importance of vegan eating in LA

In recent years, Los Angeles has seen a major upsurge in the vegan offerings around the city. From southern fried chicken to gourmet dining to quick fast food, California's largest city is in the midst of the vegan revolution. Anyone visiting the city and worried about “options” need not worry, there are a bountiful amount of food waiting to indugle upon.
Commentary over the choices has sprouted up in the past few years, giving any visitor or resident the ability to search for the cuisine of choice for any given event, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Trying to stay in the loop on all the new offerings is an ardous task, one that must be sought and reported for anyone calling LA home or making a short stay. Quarrygirl – an LA blogger who has tasked herself with eating vegan all day all the time – is one of the leaders in the online community. She has fervently reported on vegan options, even detailing the “not-so-vegan” restaurants that aim for one's business.
There are dozens of vegan restaurants across the sprawling metropolis that is Los Angeles and throughout our journey together, we will get to know, learn about, and endeavor to eat at as many of them as possible. For the vegan inside everyone, seeking out a cruelty-free living and dining experience has never been easier.
Los Angeles is one of those few cities in America that has it all. Who know's, maybe on the journey through the underbelly of LA's vegan cuisine, there might be a star or two that we glimpse upon.
Vegan eating has never been better, and easier, than it is today. Undoubtedly, across the city, more and more people are learning the importance of going vegan, and have started to eat healthier by the day. Think yummy croissants, Mac'n Cheese and all the traditional animal-based dishes. They're all on the menu now.
