Ingredients: 1 packaged pasta of your choosing 2 Tablespoons Tahini Water (for the thickness you want) 1 Tablespoon chili powder 3 tomatoes (chopped) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Optional: 1 teaspoon vinegar for a little edge Preparation: Cook the pasta, drain and set aside. Mix the water and tahini for the thickness you want. If you are cooking a lot of pasta and need to increase the sauce, double the amount. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix well and then add chili powder to the desired spiciness. Add the vinegar and mix in with the pasta until it has coated the noodles. Then serve hot or cold. It works both ways. Enjoy.
