Luxor Misdemeanor Court, headed by Advisor Mohammed El-Tamawy, imprisoned the veiled teacher who cut the hair of two pupils at the 6th primary year in “El-Haddadin” school because they do not wear Hijab for 6 months. Advisor Mohammed Fahmi, Attorney General of Luxor prosecutions, referred her for speedy trial. She was accused of using cruelty with kids and infringement of others' freedom. The incident happened 3 weeks ago, when Zakareyya Abdul-Fattah, Undersecretary of Education Ministry in Luxor, received a memorandum from Mona Al-Rawy's guardian against the punished teacher.
