The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will start submitting 5 thousands apartments, with spaces of 63 m2 per apartment and are located in 13 new cities, to the Mortgage Finance Fund, which will offer them to the applicants who meet the requirements. As pursuant to the Fund, applicants must not have formerly acquired supply or loan from a corporation for housing cooperative. Moreover, the salary of applicant whose marital status is single must not exceed EGP 1750, and his family income must not exceed EGP 2500 per month. Eng. Mohamed Nabih, Vice Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority and a member of the fund's board of directors, stated that NUCA will approve transferring the supervision on these apartments to the fund during its next meeting. He also pointed out that the apartments are ready for delivery. He added that the 6th of October city has 1770 apartments in the North Extension area, Al Obour 870 apartments as part of Hussein Sobhy Project, which is located in the 8th district, the 10th of Ramadan 279 apartments, Badr 144 apartments, New Tiba 36 apartments, the 15th of May city 240 apartments, Sadat city 4144 apartments, Borg El Arab El Gedida 63 apartments, Beni Suef 252 apartments, New Assuit 108 apartments, New Fayoum 36 apartments, and New Qena 324 apartments.
