Xceed To Achieve A Growth Rate of 15% in 2012
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 08 - 08 - 2012

Xceed for outsourcing services aims to achieve a growth rate of 15% by the end of this year, by increasing the services offered to its partner local, Arab, and foreign companies.
Dr.Adel Danesh, CEO of Xceed, said the company is witnessing a slowdown in growth volume, compared to the years before the revolution which recorded an annual growth rate of about 30-40 %. The reason for that slowdown is that foreign companies are afraid of signing contracts with Egyptian partners due to the ongoing political instability and lawlessness in Egypt.
He added that the growth rates achieved by the company in 2012 are close to the current target with 10-15 %, stating that this is considered a good percentage, given the political disorder that Egypt has witnessed, which resulted in a decline in foreign investments.
Xceed is planning to increase the number of call center agents up to 3000 people by the end of the current year, by hiring1000 new candidates so as to achieve 30% increase in the volume of employment, he said.
Danesh affirmed that the duration in which people stick to their jobs has increased during the previous two years, pointing out that the company is trying to reduce turnover in the call center sector, which generally experiences a high turnover of staff.
He added that the rates of decline in turnover is currently up 20%, emphasizing that Xceed seeks to increase the number of its employees so as to open new accounts for outsourcing services.
