Egypt HCCD housing affiliates want to sell over 1,000 units in new cities

The affiliated housing firms of Egyptian Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD) target annual sales of more than 1,000 residential units in the local market, said an official source in these firms on Sunday.
These units are located in various cities, including New Cairo (25km or 15 miles from Maadi), Sixth of October (38km or 23.6 miles from the centre of Cairo, El Shorouk (northeast of Cairo), and New Maadi (south of Cairo), the source noted.
"The housing firms plan to execute new residential projects in Upper Egypt's governorates," he told Amwal Al Ghad, saying that these firms also seek to expand their business volume in the local market, by obtaining a new land plot.
