Egypt's New Avenue, Premiere Holding sign cooperation protocol to implement projects

Egyptian real estate marketing company New Avenue Real Estate and Premiere Holding for financial service have signed a cooperation protocol to implement and manage projects, New Avenue Chairman Ahmed El-Dessouky said Sunday.
The protocol also aims for the two companies to enter into strategic alliances worth real estate developers and investors during the upcoming phase, El-Dessouky added.
The new memorandum of understanding would be valid for two years, he noted.
New Avenue is a real estate company that enables customers to buy houses in Egypt's top compounds, for living purposes as well as investment.
