Egypt-based Themar for Real Estate plans to deliver Blue Pearl Town House, located in Sidi Abdel Rahman –North Coast mid 2017, its Chairman Maged Abdel Fadeel said wednesday The company is also planning to launch a new project in Alamien city within days, he added. Abdel Fadeel said that has completed 65 percent of Blue pearl project so as to deliver it to clients before the deadline. Blue Pearl is the brand for tourism projects carried out by the company. It includes summer residential units, chalets, townhouse villas and hotel units implemented in a variety of sizes within the Loaloa Heliopolis in the North Coast, in addition to swimming pools, a private beach, restaurants and cafes. Lately, Themar has launched Montazah Elegance compound project that occupies an area of 4,200sqm in Montazah, Alexandria near the Sheraton Montazah and the Corniche. The project features a number of connected towers, each with 11 floors and includes 180 housing units. The housing units range in size between 160 and 170sqm, while commercial complexes are 3,000sqm in size. The project has been completed and the units are ready for purchase. The project is being developed in cooperation with the Egyptian Emirates group, which is overseeing construction, while Themar is managing development and marketing for the project.
