Egypt's Themar to Start Phase II of North Coast's Blue Pearl in 2015

Themar for Real Estate Development intends to start construction works in the second phase of Blue Pearl project in North Cost within 2015. Themar has delivered project's first phase with 90 % sales.
The second phase targets constructing 250 housing units with spaces ranging between 50:70 meters per unit. He pointed out that Themar opened booking door for clients since October 2014 , adding that booking rate in this phase reached 25 %, Mohamed Hussien - Themar's sales manager- affirmed.
It is scheduled to finalize the second phase by the end of June 2016. The prices of housing units starting from EGP 300.000 to EGP 550.000 according to unit's space and booking priority, Hussien clarified.
He further added that the company offers 50% discounts on units in phase 2 with all facilities as well as elongating the period of paying the premiums on 5 years.
Moreover, Themar had delivered 300 chalets, 3 palaces, and 10 villas in addition to swimming pools, entertainment area and a hotel with all facilities with 90 % sales.
