SODIC's Allegria Sales Hit EGP 3.5 Billion

Six of October Development & Investment Company - SODIC - (OCDI.CA) posted total sales of its flagship Allegria residential project EGP 3.550 billion since 2008. Allegria project is established on an area of 2.8 million meter square, locates in Sheikh Zayed city. The total number of Allegria units amounts to 1249 separate villas and duplexes. Allegria total investment costs at EGP 4.250 billion.
Sources inside the company said the project includes a club built on the space of 32 thousand meter, an 18-hole Signature golf course designed by Greg Norman's Golf Course Design Company and the British International School in Cairo (BISC) which moved to Allegria in 2008.
In addition, Allegria has been also designed by some of the world's best master planners, architects and other strategic partners. These include EDAW, Arquitectonica, Michael Graves, Shehab Mazhar and others. All of these have proven expertise in their fields and demonstrate our ambition to create world class mixed use developments. The project completion is planned to be in 2013.
360 Allegria units have been submitted since the beginning of 2010. SODIC has contracted with Hassan Allam Construction so as to implement Phase III and IV so as to be submitted in time. As for the making of Allegria's Greg Norman's Golf Course, it has been completed in a record time and in accordance with the highest international standards. Golf Course is being also managed by Troon Golf.
