Accident Insurance Committee of Insurance Federation of Egypt restudied the insurance policy guaranteeing the payment of dues to customs and taxes on sales in its fourth meeting in 2012 last week, said Ali Bashendy, head of the Committee. The committee also studied the comments made on the insurance policy guaranteeing the payment of micro-finances, drew the outline of the new civil liability insurance policy for owners of schools and educational institutions covering students against physical injury which may happen inside the educational institution and buses owned or rented by the institution including school trips, in accordance with 163:174 Articles and Article no. 178 by virtue of a final verdict and in accordance with the liabilities expressed in the policy. The insured has to comply with professional norms, laws and regulations. The insured also shall take all reasonable precautions to remove the risk. The insured shall send a written claim with all details and documents at his own expense to the company.
