Juhayna Food Industries (JUFO.CA) has finalised inaugurating logistic center and three cooling refrigerators to produce milk in Alexandria in the last two weeks with EGP50 million total investment cost said Safwan Sabet, Chairman of Juhayna. The logistic center comes among the company's strategy that aims to expand in the logistics centers across governorates, noting that another center has opened in Shabramant-Giza within the same period in addition opening new center in Qena during the last month, Sabet added. The company's strategy continues to open logistics centers in several governorates and it is currently considering the new projects which will be implemented by the upcoming period, he asserted. The company's production processes of the new yogurt plant 'Egy Food' started within the last few days with about 80% the total planned production capacity of the plant, amounting to 700 tons per day. Furthermore, Juhayna's strategy focuses on completing pumping investments to develop the logistics services and increase the production capacity of juices, stressing that the scheduled investments will reach up EGP500 million by the next year.
