Egyptian pound edges up slightly against dollar in early Wednesday trading

The Egyptian pound inched higher against the US dollar in early trading on Wednesday, official bank data showed, though it remained within a narrow range after weeks of relative stability.
As of 11:07 a.m. Cairo time (09:07 GMT), major banks quoted the pound at:
