Egypt's Labour Minister Mohamed Gibran has directed the swift digitisation of the programme supporting irregular workers, as per a Cabinet statement on Sunday. These efforts fall under the digital transformation plan and aim to enhance services for all citizens, with a specific focus on the informal labour sector, according to the statement. The project is being implemented in collaboration with 3S, a technology services provider, under a cooperation protocol between the Ministries of Labour and Communications & Information Technology, aligning with the state's vision for financial inclusion and digitalisation.
