Italy's Aqua Group Injects EGP10 Mln Investments In Egypt

The initiative, which concerns transferring the Italian investments to Egypt and launched by the International Business & Investment Association (IBIA) brought about injecting EGP 10 million by Aqua Group in order to construct Aqua Egypt Company that will be specialized in operating and maintaining the desalination plants of drinking water.
Mr. Ahmed Galal, Chairman of IBIA, said the initiative aims to transfer 17 Italian factories at EGP 1.7 billion investments; referring that Aqua Egypt Co. will work on operating, administrating and maintaining the sanitation plants or the industrial wastewater treatment.
He added that the Italian company will work toward designing, constructing, operating and maintaining the plants of generating electricity depending on different resources. In addition, it will operate a factory for manufacturing filters, equipments for desalinating water, pools and motors.
