4-GW power plant in Egypt top priority – Al Jaber

UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Sultan Al Jaber conveyed to Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly the UAE's sincere resolve to implement a 4-gigawatt power project in Egypt within a year. Al Jaber also emphasized the UAE's interest in developing several gas projects.
He underscored the significance of industrial cooperation between Egypt and the UAE, pointing to two major initiatives: solar panel manufacturing and the development of batteries for renewable energy storage.
The UAE is prepared to explore further cooperation to support Egypt's industrial strategy, as Al Jaber said.
