Egypt focuses on military production localisation – Cabinet

Egypt's Minister of State for Military Production, Mohamed Salah El-Din, stressed the importance of boosting local manufacturing and technology transfer partnerships in line with presidential directives to strengthen the ministry's role in the country's economic development.
Salah El-Din emphasised the crucial role of all sectors and entities within the ministry in providing support and oversight to affiliated companies and units.
He also stressed the importance to enhance production capabilities, ensure the completion of production processes, and adopt the latest technologies to uphold the ministry's crucial role in Egypt's military and industrial sectors.
