Dr Mahmoud EL Garf- Head of the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), said in the few coming days the prices of the new industrial lands, which offered by IDA in coordination with the new Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), will be declared to the investors. In exclusive statements to "Amwal Al Ghad", El Garf said the New Urban Community Authority will announce the prices, because it is authorized to determine the prices; referring that the role of IDA is confined to receiving the applications of allocations. He added that more than 6000 investors seek to get the offered land, especially in 10th Ramadan City, 6th October City and El Sadat City; affirming that the turnout on governorates of Upper Egypt, Nubaria and El Salahaia El Gadeda had declined. "Amwal Al Ghad" has published before the problems of allocating lands in Upper Egypt, as not announcing the prices of these plots of lands played a big role particularly in Beni Suef, which had been avoided for one year by the investors.
