Corporate law firm, Al Tamimi & Company said on Thursday it is advising Eagle Chemicals' offer to acquire up to 100 percent shares of Egypt based Paints and Chemical Industries Company (Pachin). Ehab Taha, Partner and Head of Corporate Commercial at Al Tamimi & Company Eagle seeks to acquire Pachin, a minimum of 75 percent shares at a price per share of 37 Egyptian pounds ($1.20). The law firm's Egypt office led on all aspects of the acquisition submission, including legal due diligence and regulatory advice, and after close coordination with the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), Eagle's offer to acquire Pachin was accepted.
