Egypt's stock exchange's (EGX) indexes ended trading lower on Tuesday, with the benchmark EGX 30 index falling 0.29 percent to 11,380 points. The EGX 70 EWI index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) plummeted 1.09 percent to 2,350 points, while the fixed-weighted index, EGX 30 Capped dropped 0.18 percent to 14,049 points. The all-embracing index, EGX 100 also lost 0.85 percent to 3,374 points. Meanwhile, the equal weights index, EGX 50 edged down 0.85 percent to 2,362 points. Market Cap Total market capitalisation has on Thursday incurred losses worth 3.3 billion Egyptian pounds ($210.8 million) to close at 697.118 billion pounds. Trading Aggregates Trading value has approximately reached 2.5 billion pounds, while the trading volume has almost recorded 811.016 million securities executed 46,387 transactions.
