This article tackles the current prices per metre for housing, administrative, and medical units in Egypt's new capital city, where a large number of senior real estate developers are executing major projects.
As for the semi-furnished housing units in the new capital, the prices range between 9,000 Egyptian pounds ($562,085) and 13,000 pounds for each metre, an official source in one of the real estate marketing companies said on Sunday.
The prices of the fully-furnished homes start from 11,800 pounds and 20,000 pounds, the source further told Amwal Al Ghad.
As for the prices of the commercial units – which include medical clinics and administrative offices – they range between 60,000 pounds and 150,000 pounds, he added.
