MB students stage demos in Minya, Mansoura

Scores of Minya University students affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) opposition group staged an on-campus sit-in on Wednesday to protest alleged assaults by non-MB-affiliated student union members.
Clashes reportedly erupted when MB-affiliated students objected to a student union party in which girls and boys danced together.
Meanwhile, MB-affiliated students at Mansoura University also staged a protest against the university administration for banning them from organizing a charity event.
In Alexandria, MP Mahmoud Atteya condemned campus security at Alexandria University for barring MB-affiliated law school students from attending lectures.
