لمصرى مجدع وأصيل                        يستاهل الدنيا دى كلها
واللى شفته مش غريب                        ملايين بتدعى من قلبها
يا باشمهندس يا نجيب                          الدمعة جت فى وقتها
وقت الفرح بالانتصار                         متأكدين من قبلها
إن العزيمة والإصرار                         صفات بخبرة امتلكتها    
كمّل يا بطل مشوارك                         كم من صعاب واجهتها
واثقين فى حكمة قرارك                      ياما نجاحات قدمتها
إعزازنا بيك مش عجب                      دى مودة بنفسك عشتها
يا معدن أغلى من الدهب                    يا عاشق مصر وشعبها  
ربك معاك وحينصرك                      فى أى أزمة ويحلها
يراضيك بالفرحة ويكرمك                 ياما ف قلوب رسمتها
عندك تواضع مش فى حد                 شخصية فذة احترمتها
لكن الدموع كانت بجد                     وهزت مشاعر لمستها
قلبك، عمايلك وطيبتك                    حاجات ماشفتش زيها
مرُوءتك شهامتك وسيرتك                 رصيد فى قلوب ملكتها
مهندس ساويرس يا هُمام                 كل الأوسمة تستحقها
