Published in Albawaba on 23 - 08 - 2017

Cairo - Commenting on the recent threats made by IS against member of Parliament Dr. Abdel Rehim Ali and Editor-in-chief of Al-Bawaba news, Dr. Ali said; "IS threats against me and Al-Bawaba News staff will not deter us from exposing their vicious conspiracies against Egypt and the Arab world at large."
Dr. Ali added, during impromptu meeting with Al-Bawaba news journalists, that many authors write about Political Islam but none has the same influence as Al-Bawaba News.
He stressed on Al-Bawaba News' unique role; which it plays in countering forces of extremism and terrorism whether in Egypt or in the Arab region.
Dr. Ali pointed out to the fact that the main culprit for the emergence of the evil scourge of terrorism in the Arab region is the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group.
Earlier, IS has issued a threat directly against the Al-Bawaba News, through their media platform, after publishing reports that reveal the organization's plots that target Egypt and the Arab region at large.
IS demanded their fans sympathizers to find out who responsible for this newspaper and threatening them with the mantra: ‘We are coming to slaughter you'.
