Cairo – Egypt's Immigration Minister Nabila Makram hopefully called for implementing recommendations of the "Egyptian Women Can" Conference, which kicked off here on Sunday. "The conference is the second of its kind, which is held by the state for Egyptian expatriates," Makram told reporters following her participation in the conference's first session on Sunday. She further wished the conference success. A similar gathering was held in December 2016, which was attended by Egyptian scientists living abroad. Prime Minister Sherif Ismail inaugurated on Sunday the "Egyptian Women Can" conference, which is held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and organized by the Ministry of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs in coordination with the National Council for Women. The conference mainly aims to brief expatriate Egyptian scientists and experts on issues of their homeland.
