Egypt denounces London terrorist attacks

Cairo – The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the London Bridge and Borough Market terrorist attacks, which were carried out late Saturday night and left at least six people dead and over 48 injured.
The ministry issued a statement on Sunday and expressed Egypt's condolences to the government and friendly people of the United Kingdom.
The note stressed that such incidents represent "a new episode in the series of terrorist attacks" committed recently in many cities worldwide.
