Egypt condemned on Saturday in the strongest terms the terrorist attack on the convoy of Deputy Chairman of the Pakistan Senate, in Balochistan Province of Pakistan, during which 25 people were killed and 35 others were injured. Ahmed Abu Zeid, spokesman for the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, extended his sincere condolences to the families of the victims. He prayed to the Almighty Allah to bestow patience and solace on them, and rest souls of victims in peace. He wished speedy recovery to those injured. The Egyptian official affirmed the Egyptian government and people's stand with the government and the people of Pakistan in the face of terrorism. He called upon the international community to step up its efforts to confront this phenomenon which targets world's security and stability.
