Cairo, MENA - Egypt's President 'Abdel Fattah El Sisi' asserted the state's confidence in the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as a main component of society. "The state is keen on providing support for NGOs, which represent a main mechanism to activate the popular participation in development efforts and mobilize the resources necessary for this goal," Sisi said at a meeting with representatives of major NGOs working in several fields in Egypt. The ministers of social solidarity, housing, health and education were present at the meeting.
