President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi congratulated Friday armed forces and Egyptian people on occasion of 10th of Ramadan war's anniversary, Youm7 News reported. This came during Al Sisi's meeting with leaders of the armed forces, after the president performed Friday prayers at field marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi's mosque in Cairo. Al Sisi stressed that this day will continue to be a great day in Egypt's history, as both the military and people united together in order to achieve the biggest military victory for the Egyptians in the modern era. He also praised the armed forces' efforts in the fight against terrorism and in building a modern Egyptian state. Furthermore, he explained that the Egyptian people appreciate the great role of the armed forces in contributing to establishing major development projects in the state, along with the relevant ministries in order to achieve development and provide a decent life for Egyptian citizens.
