Minister of local development, Ahmed Zaki Badr will attend Saturday a conference on means to manage solid waste, which is one of Egypt's main problems, given its growing size, Al Bawaba News reported. President's aide for national projects, Ibrahim Mahlab and minister of environment, Khaled Fahmy will also attend the conference, which will be held in the capital Cairo. The conference will discuss ways to solve the garbage, solid waste and recycling problems, which focus on the limited ability to convert garbage and solid waste into organic fertilizers, a source of energy and fuel said.
