Belgium's Justice Minister has denied that authorities were warned that suicide bomber Ibrahim El Bakraoui was a terror threat. Koen Geens told journalists that Bakraoui was not extradited and was instead sent to the Netherlands "as a criminal that was freed conditionally". The only thing I can say is, it definitely wasn't an extradition. It probably was a send back from the Syrian border by Turkey. At that time this person wasn't known to us for terrorist acts.
