Egyptair cancelled Tuesday its flights to Brussels International Airport, upon instructions of the Belgium authorities, in light of explosions that targeted Brussels airport and Maelbeek metro station on Tuesday, ONA agency reported. The flight was scheduled to leave Cairo at 10 am, but Brussels airport stated that no passengers were allowed to enter the airport, or its vicinity for security reasons. The flights to Brussels are scheduled to fly to another European neighboring country, or to be postponed. Up to 28 people were killed and 30 wounded, including 15 killed at the Maelbeek metro station and 13 at the airport, following the deadly attack. A disaster plan was initiated at the airport, and it was being evacuated.
