Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi is scheduled to deliver a speech before the Japanese parliament on Monday, Youm7 reported.
Diplomatic sources described the speech as a historic move, as President Sisi's speech will be the first of its kind for any Arab leader before the Japanese parliament.
