President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi will meet Saturday in Astana Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Massimov, Al Bawaba News reported. The meeting will focus on the overall situation of bilateral relations and ways of developing them. Both sides will also exchange views on various issues of common interest on the regional and international levels, particularly the fight against terrorism and extremism. Al Sisi is expected to deliver a speech at Nazarbayev University, where he will shed light on the overall political and economic developments that occurred in Egypt over the past few years. He will also speak about the regional developments, including ways to combat terrorism and reform religious discourse. Meanwhile, the president has delivered a speech to Egypt-Kazakhstan business forum, in which he said that both countries enjoy a huge and promising economic potential in several sectors. He explained that this will enhance the opportunity to boost joint trade and investment in a way that favors the priorities and requirements of sustainable development in the two countries. He called upon Kazakhstan to invest in Egypt, pointing out that profit rates are higher than other countries of the world, stressing that his country welcomes its friends and partners, and protect their interests.
