Court acquits defendant of Kerdasa Massacre case

The Giza Criminal Court dropped all charges against a defendant accused of storming Kerdasa Police Station in the retrial session held on Wednesday, which is publicly known as Kerdasa Massacre case, al-Bawaba News reported.
The defendant, 55, was sentenced in absentia to death, over killing 13 police officers of Kerdasa Police Station in the incidents that followed the ouster of President Mohamed Morsi in July 3, 2013.
