Parliament first procedural session Dec. 27: researcher

Egyptian political researcher Ashor Mabrouk said on Sunday the parliament's first procedural session would be held Dec. 27.
Mabrouk added during a training session for newly elected parliamentarians "this session would not witness any discussions."
This session will be headed by Amna Noseir, the eldest parliamentarian, he added.
