President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi discussed Saturday with PM Sharif Ismail, Minister of International Cooperation, Sahar Nasr, and Minister of Trade and Industry, Tariq Qabeel a number of vital economic issues, presidential spokesperson, Alaa Youssef said. Mr. Qabeel submitted a report on the Tenth Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization meeting in Kenya's Nairobi, pointing out that Egypt confirmed during the negotiations on the need to address the current imbalances in the Agreement on Agriculture, which negatively affect the competitiveness of countries' exports. Egypt was keen to display its vision in dealing with agricultural products, stressing on the importance of taking into account needs of developing countries to import food, Mr. Qabeel added.
