Egypt's Minister of Industry and Trade, Tarek Qabeel announced that discussions were held with Russia's commercial counselor in Cairo to boost Egyptian exports, Al-Bawaba News reported Friday. Qabeel added that the export councils have studied the needs of the Russian market since its ban imposed against some Turkish exports over the tense witnessed recently between both countries. Representatives from export council for agricultural crops and food industries, garments and home furnishings participated in the discussions.
