UAE, Egypt stress streamlining economy for sustainable development
Sherif Ismail, Prime Minister of Egypt has received Dr Sultan Bin Ahmed Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State and accompanying delegation from the Coordination Office of UAE-funded Development Projects in Egypt.
During the meeting, the delegation conveyed the greetings of the UAE leadership to the people of Egypt, stressing that this support comes as part of the deep-rooted strategy founded by the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
The meeting discussed a number of issues including continued efforts to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields, and the UAE funded development projects in Egypt and their role in achieving stability and tranquillity for the people of Egypt as well as streamlining the Egyptian economy on sustainable development routes.

Egyptian envoy pledges support to Lebanon
Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon Mohammad Badreddine Zayed said Friday that Egypt is intent on helping Lebanon end its presidential interregnum and protecting it from the risks of regional polarization during these complex times.
The ambassador made the remarks during a meeting with former Lebanese President and Kataeb Party chief Amine Gemayel.
