Hungary congratulated Sunday the Egyptian people on its successful holding of the parliamentary elections, which is the third and final phase of Egypt's road map that began in July 2013, Youm7 News reported. Hungarian ministry of foreign affairs said in a statement distributed by its embassy in Cairo, that the elections were held in a free and fair atmosphere, which is in line with the international standards. The ministry stressed that Egypt has taken another major step towards the stabilization of the country not only for the security of the Middle East and North Africa, but also for Hungary and Europe as well.
