Deputy for Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hamdi Loza announced Monday that turnout of Egyptians living abroad to cast their votes in first phase of parliamentary elections run off round is positive. Nonetheless, Loza stressed that the turnout is medium, explaining the reason for this is that today is a work day in Arab and Western countries, Al Bawaba News reported. He revealed that nearly four thousand Egyptians worldwide have casted their votes in all embassies, except for North and South America, as the elections did not start there due to time difference. However, he pointed out that Kuwait is the country with most number Egyptians who casted their votes, which is twice as much as in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Jordan. The ambassador added that the turnout of Egyptians living in European countries is still weak.
