Arab League's online media committee will hold Sunday a meeting in the General Secretariat's headquarters, headed by Arab League's head of information and communication sector, Ambassador Haifa Abu Ghazaleh. The meeting will last for two days and comes in the light of the implementation of the resolutions of the 46th ordinary session of the Arab information ministers, which was held in May at the United Arab Emirates, according to a press release by the Arab League. The reason for the meeting will be to discuss the proposal by Saudi Arabia to modify the content of the Arab League's online media committee website of the League of Arab States, which includes restructuring the website to serve the objectives of the committee. Saudi Arabia stressed that the content of the website will be informative portal for online media in the Arab countries, adding that the Saudi government will cover the expenses of redesigning, necessary maintenance and technical matters of the website.
