The turnout today may reach 15%: PM Sherif Ismail

Egypt's Prime Minister Sherif Ismail said the half-day holiday decision may raise the turnout in the second day of parliamentary elections, Al-Bawaba news reported.
Ismail stated following his meeting with the "Central Operation Chamber" that the polling process is well secured. He added that the turnout today reached 15%.
The government decided Sunday to consider Monday as a holiday, to give the employees the chance to go to the polls.
