General Secretariat of Egyptian Writers' conference decided to honor poet and writer Safaa al-Bailey during its 30th session for the role she played in the Egyptian cultural life, Al-Bawaba News reported Sunday. Al-Bailey is a poet and playwright as she wrote than 25 works for adults and children, as well as writing a number of studies. The conference will be held in December in Aswan governorate, hosting a number of Egyptian, Arab and African writers as well as Nobel Prize winners.
