An Iranian defense delegation arrived in Moscow on Monday to negotiate with Russian counterparts on bilateral cooperation and visit the MAKS-2015 Airshow. A Russian presidential aide has said Kremlin will finalize the 2007 deal on delivery of S-300 anti-air missiles in the current week. Local sources said Iran will receive the anti-air system by year end. Under US and Israeli regime's pressures, former Russian president, Dmitry Medvedev, banned delivery of the missiles in 2010 despite of advance payment of part of their costs. In 2015, however, President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Kremlin will implement the contract regardless of US sanctions.
