What was published on CNN recently about the Security situation in Egypt lacks objectivity and neutrality and it has false information, said Spokesperson of Egypt's Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid. CNN published a report to comment on the killing of the Croatian hostage, rebuking the security situation in Sinai. It claimed that the Egyptian government failed to honor its commitment to combat terrorism. Abu Zeid added on Friday that terrorism is international phenomenon that needs international cooperation to be eradicated. He underlined Egypt's role to fight terrorism, stressing the need for supporting the Egyptian efforts in this regard not underestimate them. The Egyptian official expressed his astonishment over the international community inaction in responding Egypt's consecutive calls for unifying the efforts to combat terrorism and dealing with the different extremist groups without discrimination.
