Iraqi army kills 6 IS militants in Anbar

Iraqi army killed six Islamic State (IS) militants in Anbar province, Al Bawaba News reported Monday.
Anbar operations commander Qasem Al Mohamady said that the army and the Popular Mobilization Forces killed six IS militants and destroyed three vehicles and a digger.
Since 2014, Anbar has witnessed fierce clashes between Iraqi military forces and IS militants, who seized control of the province.
