Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist group fugitive leader, Mamdouh Ismail said Sunday that Germany will not hand over Al Jazeera journalist, Ahmed Mansour to Egypt because there is no extradition agreement between Cairo and Berlin, Al Bawaba News reported. Ismail added that Germany refused during former President, Mohamed Hosni Mubarak era to hand over one of the Islamists leaders despite his conviction. On Saturday, German authorities arrested Mansour after an arrest warrant issued against him by the Egyptian authorities. Last year, Cairo criminal court sentenced Mansour to 15 years in prison in absentia for torturing a lawyer at Tahrir Square in 2011.
