The Qatari Embassy in Berlin demanded Saturday the German authorities to release Qatari network Al Jazeera journalist, Ahmed Mansour, who was arrested in Berlin Airport, Youm7 reported. The sources said the Qatari Embassy officials offered its citizenship to Mansour in order to save him from detention. Earlier Saturday, German authorities arrested Mansour after an arrest warrant issued against him by the Egyptian authorities. Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist group sources pointed out Mansour will be handed over to Egypt after Cairo criminal court sentenced him to 15 years in prison in absentia for torturing a lawyer at Tahrir Square in 2011.
